Please read these Terms carefully before using the app. By using AI Photo Editor, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using AI Photo Editor ("the App", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Photo Editor (package: com.aifilter.app).
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Photo Editor. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and current.
The App, including its 90+ AI filters, 15 GPU GLSL shaders, brand, logo, UI design, on-device machine learning models, and underlying technology, is owned by AI Photo Editor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App uses open-source Flutter packages. A complete list of open-source licenses is available in the App under Settings → About → Open Source Licenses. Notable open-source components include Flutter (BSD 3-Clause), TensorFlow Lite (Apache 2.0), and Google ML Kit (Google APIs Terms).
"AI Photo Editor" and the app logo are trademarks of AI Photo Editor. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of all photos you edit using the App. We do not claim any ownership over your original photos or the edited versions you create.
Photos are processed entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers. Edited images are saved to your device's local photo library.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to use photos you edit with the App, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.
AI Photo Editor offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock premium AI filters and features. Subscriptions are processed through:
By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of the applicable platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
Coins can be purchased as consumable in-app purchases. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except as required by law or platform policy.
All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
We do not handle payment transactions or issue refunds directly. To request a refund:
Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple's and Google's refund policies, respectively. We have no control over refund approvals or denials.
Coins spent within the app (on Pro unlocks or single-filter access) are consumed immediately and are not refundable once used.
AI Photo Editor displays ads served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to receiving ads. You earn coins for completing rewarded ad views.
On iOS 14.5 and later, you will be asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before personalised ads are displayed. You may decline and still receive non-personalised ads and use all app features.
We do not control the content of ads displayed by AdMob. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, please report it through AdMob's reporting mechanism.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated filter outputs are provided for creative purposes only and may not be suitable for all uses.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI PHOTO EDITOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account feature in Settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of coins or subscription fees paid.
Sections 5, 6, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via push notification or a prominent in-app message at least 7 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
